Varsha is a registered physiotherapist licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. With over ten years of experience in both Canada and India, she's dedicated to helping people feel better. Varsha holds both a bachelor's and master's degree specializing in Musculoskeletal Sciences from KIMS University in India.

Starting her career as a clinical physiotherapist, Varsha has treated a variety of conditions, from acute to chronic, and for patients of all ages. She's worked in different settings like the ICU, rehab, post-surgery care, and outpatient departments. At the same time, she also enjoyed working as an assistant professor for over three years and enjoyed learning and sharing her knowledge with students. Later on, she worked independently in her own clinic for five years.

Varsha believes in focusing on the basics of movement and body dysfunctions and uses exercises and manual therapy based on evidence to help her patients. When she's not working, she loves spending time with her family. Her favourite place to relax and get inspired is the beach. Varsha always stays updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy to ensure she's providing the best care for her patients.
